Low Carb Chocolate Almond Clusters

Low Carb Chocolate Almond Clusters

INGREDIENTS

Almonds -  20

Low Carb Dark Chocolate  - 10 gms

Net Carbs in 20 Almonds  =  3.5
Net Carbs in 2 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate  = 3
Total net carbs  = 6.5

These ingredients will make 20 chocolate almonds clusters and hence 1  almond cluster will have just 0.30 carbs. So u can easily have 8 almonds for 2 carbs. This sounds really too good.

Take 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate and melt it in the microwave or double boiler according to your convinience.

Take the almonds and crush them in small pieces.

Add the crushed Almonds in the melted chocolate and mix them well.

Take a spoon and with the help of the spoon make small clusters.
Keep them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Almond clusters are ready.
