So that means 1 coco choco lolipop will have only o.5 carbs. So that makes for an excellent treat.I have used Lindtt Dark chocolate as it is low in carbs. You can use any low carb dark chocolate of your choice.
Procedure
Take the coconut flakes in a bowl.1 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes has only 0.5 net carbs .And 1 tablespoon coconut flakes will make around 4 balls.
Add Coconut Milk
Add Stevia
Mix all the ingredients well and roll into small balls, taking the dough in your palms.
Insert a toothpick in each ball
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave
Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut balls.Dont try to put the coconut balls in the melted chocolate as the coconut balls will scatter away. You can also use an ice cube tray and make these coconut chocolate in that tray.I like them as lollipops so i have made this way.
keep them in the freezer for 5 minutes .And your yummy sweet treats are ready to eat.
