INGREDIENTS
1 Small Zucchini
1 Small Zucchini
Butter/ Oil
Salt
Oregano
Chili Flakes
Cliantro seasoning
Take a small Zucchini and cut it in thin round slices without peeling it
Add 1/4 teaspoon oregano seasoning
Add 1/4 teaspoon Cliantro seasoning
Add a pinch of Chili Flakes
1 teaspoon Butter or Oil
Add salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients well.
Heat butter in a pan and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes
Flip them over and again cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
Cook on low flame for 2 more minutes and you are done.
Add Lemon Juice and eat them hot....
