With the above ingredients you can easily make 8-10 pieces of Low carb choco rocks.So that means 1 piece of choco rock will have near about 0.60 carbs which is too goo to be true.I have used lindtt dark chocolate which i got from Amazon.You can use any low carb dark chocolate according to your taste and availability.These choco rocks are really very tasty and I bet you not just stop eating it once you have tasted it.The crunchy and nutty taste is more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and the carbs in it make me fly with happiness.
Low Carb Choco Rocks
Procedure
You will need 2 Tablespoon melted Dark Chocolate.
Take Blanched Almonds in a bowl .
Add the melted dark Chocolate
Mix well and then chop the walnuts in small pieces and add to the chocolate almond mix.Do not crush the walnuts to powder,Make sure you just crush them to small pieces.
Mix well .Put a foil on a plate and with a spoon divide the mix in small rock like portions on the foil
Keep them in the freezer for 10 minutes.Guilt free low carb sweet treats are ready.
