Keto Coconut and Chocolate fudge



These coconut and chocolate fudge are just like a dream come true for anyone on keto or doing low carb.This is an great recipe and make use of minimum ingredients so that they can be made with ease without any hassle.


INGREDIENTS

Coconut Oil  -  2 Tablespoon
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes - 2 Tablespoon
Sweetener - According to taste 
Dark chocolate  - 2 Tablespoon


Carbs Break down



Unsweetened Coconut Flakes  -  1 net carbs       

Dark Chocolate                       -  3 net carbs

Coconut Oil  -                             0 carbs
Sweetener -                                 0 carbs

Total net carbs                          = 4  (For 8 Pieces)


So that means 1  Coconut and Chocolate fudge will have only 0.5 carbs.So that  makes for an excellent treat.I have used Lindtt Dark chocolate as it is low in carbs.You can use any low carb dark chocolate of your choice.




Take the coconut oil in a bowl
 



Add coconut Flakes and mix well.You can adjust the quantity of the coconut flakes according to the consistency you want.




It should look somewhat like shown in the above picture



Add any sweetener of your choice according to your taste.I have added stevia...



Take a cookie mould/ chocolate mould or a Ice tray from your refrigerator and fill half with the coconut mix and keep in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.





Now take melted dark chocolate and add on the top of coconut mix
and again keep it in the freezer.After 10 minutes take the tray out from the freezer and invert it and tap on a tray to take out the coconut chocolate fudges 

 
 


Yummy keto/Low carb coconut and chocolate fudge is ready to eat.You can store it the freezer for 15- 20 days  and eat whenever you wish to.I m sure everyone around will love them.
 










3 Ingredients No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

 



For a die hard fan of sweets and sugar, Finding options of eating sweets even on a diet comes naturally. I was a born with a sweet tooth and sweets have been my obsession and passion all throughout my life.This is the reason I never did any diet but just 2 years back, after been diagnosed with many health issues I switched to keto and low carb and I m so happy that I m in reality eating sweets and my favorite desserts on my diet.What else Would I wish for.These cookies are loaded with the goodness of Peanut butter and chewy and tasty.You can store them in the refrigerator and these serves as a handy food when you are not in  a mood to cook anything.

These cookies are made up of just three ingredients and are very easy to make.You can take your kids help in making these keto cookies.your kids will enjoy making these..
 

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoon Coconut Flour
3 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon Sweetener of your choice

 Carbs in 3 Tablespoon Peanut Butter  - 9
Carbs in 2 Teaspoon Coconut Flakes - 4


These ingredients will make 7-8 cookies depending on the size you make.So each cookie will roughly have 2 carbs .


 Method of Making No bake Peanut Butter Cookies

 


Take Peanut butter in a  bowl 
 



 Add sweetener



 Melt in the microwave and mix well



Now add coconut flakes or flour



make small balls using your hair and hen press a little giving it a flat shape.If you find the mixture is not thick, You can keep it in the refrigerator for some time.Again keep in the refrigerator for some time until they are firm.Peanut butter cookies are ready to eat.
 

 






Low Carb chocolate Dipped Peanut Fudge

 


Low Carb might sound difficult but you will realize that it is the best way of life once you enter it.Low carb dishes are more yummy than the regular ones, you just need to work smart on the ingredients.Here are my favorite fat bombs.I love peanut butter and chocolate so i keep experimenting with them.



INGREDIENTS

For Peanut Butter Bars
 
Peanut Butter  -  2 Tablespoon
Coconut Oil  - 1 Tablespoon
Coconut Flakes  - 2 Teaspoon
Sugar Free  - 1 Teaspoon



 Take 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter in a bowl






Add 2 Teaspoon coconut flakes




Add 1 teaspoon any sugar free





Add 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil





Mix all the ingredients together and pat with a spoon to give it a shape of square or rectangle.Then keep it in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.




Then take out from the freezer and cut it in small squares.






Now We Will Make chocolate dip

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Teaspoon cocoa Powder
Stevia


 Take 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a bowl




  

      Add Sugar free of your choice  and Cocoa Powder.Mix well.Now with the help of a fork dip the peanut butter bars in this chocolate mix and take them out immediately.Keep in the freezer for some time so that they will set.

Peanut Butter  -  2 Tablespoon
Coconut Oil  - 1 Tablespoon
Coconut Flakes  - 2 Teaspoon
Sugar Free  - 1 Teaspoon

 


Peanut Butter  -  4 Net Carbs
Coconut Oil  - 0 Net carbs
Coconut Flakes  - 1 net carbs
Sugar Free  - 0 Net Carbs


Total net carbs for around 8 pieces of peanut butter fudge =5 
So 1 piece will have roughly less than 1 net carb



How To Make Peanut Butter Fudges

 
 Take 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter in a bowl






Add 2 Teaspoon coconut flakes




Add 1 teaspoon any sugar free




Add 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Easy keto Chocolates

INGREDIENTS

Coconut oil  -  1 Tablespoon
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder -1 Tablespoon
Stevia (Sugarfree)  - 1/2 Teaspoon
Peanut Butter  - 1 Teaspoon

 



Net Carbs in 1 Teaspoon Peanut Butter =  1
Net Carbs in Coconut Oil  =  0
Net Carbs In Stevia  = 0
Net Carbs In Unsweetened Cocoa Powder  = 1


Total Net carbs     =    2
And these ingredients made 10 chocolates.


So For 1 net carb you can 5 pieces of chocolates .They tastes pretty good but i just dont like one thing about them is that they will melt if left outside for long.......So the best is to store these keto chocolates in an airtight container in the refrigerator.


How to make keto chocolates


 Take 2 tablespoon coconut oil in a bowl




  
Add Peanut Butter








Ad stevia




Add Cocoa Powder







 Mix all the ingredients well and put in the microwave for 1 minute 







fill the chocolate in the ice tray....and keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.









 


Keto/Low carb chocolates are ready.Not only easy to make but tastes amazing as well..
