INGREDIENTS
 

 Peanut Butter - 2 Tablespoon
salted butter - 1 Teaspoon
Sugar free  - 1/2 Teaspoon
Dark Chocolate
1 Tablespoon

 


Net Carbs in 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter =  4
Net Carbs in 1 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate  = 1.5   
Net Carbs in 1 Teaspoon salted butter  = 0 
Net Carbs in 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar Free  = 0 



 Total 5.5 net carbs for 5 peanut butter fudges

That means 1 peanut butter choco fudge for 1 net carb each





How To Make Low Carb Peanut Chocolate fudge cups


 Take 2 tablespoon Peanut butter in a bowl





Add half Teaspoon Stevia/Any sugar free





Add 1 Teaspoon Salted Butter.Whisk them together for 2-3 minutes.





Take silicon moulds.If you do not have moulds , you can use Ice Tray as well






Fill these mould with peanut butter mix..Just half teaspoon of mix will be sufficient for 1 mould.Keep them in freezer for 10-15 minutes.After 15 minutes take them out.






Melt 10 Gms Lindtt or any Dark chocolate of your choice in a microwave safe bowl in a microwave.







Now fill the peanut butter filled moulds with melted dark chocolate. 







Again Keep them in the freezer for 15 minutes.Yummy Low Carb Peanut Chocolate fudge cups are ready.Have 1 cup under 1 carb and enjoy your low carb and keto journey.
