Low Carb Broccoli And Zucchini Pancakes.



INGREDIENTS

Eggs                                               - 2 or 3
Zucchini                                         - 1 Cup Grated
Broccoli                                         - 1 Cup Grated
Cheddar Cheese                            - 1/2 Cup Grated
Salt                                                 - 1/2 Teaspoon
pepper                                            - 1/4 Teaspoon
Oregano                                         - 1/4 Teaspoon
Chili Flakes                                    - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic Powder                                -  1/2 Teaspoon
Almond Flour                                 - 1/2 Cup
Butter/Oil For Frying




 

 How To Make Broccoli And Zucchini Pancakes


 Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk them





 

Add Almond Flour




 Add Cheddar Cheese




 Mix the grated Broccoli
 




Mix the grated Zucchini.make sure to squeeze out the excess water from the Zucchini before mixing it.

 




 Add Salt to taste

 

Add Oregano Flakes


 


Add Chili Flakes
 
 

Add pepper

 

Add Garlic Powder


 


Mix all the ingredients well.
 
 

Heal oil in a large pan over medium heat and place the mix with the help of a spoon.Slide some oil from the sides.





When done from one side, flip them over and cook from the other sides as well




 Zucchini and Broccoli pancakes are ready to eat
 




 These pancakes are as yummy as easy they are to make.Low in carbs and moderate in protein, they makes an excellent recipe for keto or low carb.I didnt even realise while eating them that they are gluten free.

 



 You can have them with your favorite dip or keto tomato sauce.
