Zucchini is a great vegetable to include in your diet to trim of carbs from your diet.Zucchini has got many options.You can eat it as a noodle or use it instead of potatoes or make a pizza base from it or you can even make zucchini rolls or bread out of it.
INGREDIENTS
Zucchini - 1 Small
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Broccoli
Salt
Black pepper powder
Lemon Juice
Oregano
Thyme
Basil
Or any dressing you Like
Butter
chili powder
yoghurt
How To Make Stir fried Zucchini and pepper kebabs
Cut the Zucchini in small circles
Take 1 Tablespoon Yoghurt In a Bowl
You can also take hung curd
Add Salt to it
Add Chili Powder
Add Chicken Masala
Mix it well
Add the Zucchini and Peppers and marinade them for 1- 2 hours in the refrigerator
Now take out the veggies and add 1 teaspoon butter and mix well.
and You can simply bake them for 10-15 minutes or saute them on a Non stick pan
Add Salt to Taste
Sprinkle Black Pepper and Lime Juice
Sprinkle Thyme and Basil
