low carb healthy salad

 




Zucchini is rich in omega 3 fatty acid, calcium, fiber,magnesium, Vitamin B -2 and Vitamin B-6.It is one of the most eaten vegetable for weight loss.You can eat it in any form, In the form of salad or grill it or make Zucchini Pizza or just chew it raw.You will love the taste.

INGREDIENTS 


1 Zucchini

1 Cucumber

Red Pepper - 1 small or half medium

Yellow Pepper - 1 Small or half Medium

Baby Tomatoes

Lemon Juice

Salt

Pepper

Oregano

Basil

Mayonnaise - 1 Teaspoon

Mustard Sauce- 1 Teaspoon


Method of Making Healthy Weight Loss Salad



 Take the zucchini and cut it in small pieces without peeling it.


Take the cucumber and cut it in small pieces after peeling it.







Take Red peppers and Yellow Peppers 




Cut each of them in small cube size pieces





Take water in a pan and boil the peppers  for 3-4 minutes in the pan and then take them out in a strainer.


 



Take baby tomatoes and cut them in halves.



 




Now take a medium size rice tray and  arrange the veggies in the tray.






These veggies look so beautiful and tempting.







Take 1 Teaspoon Mustard sauce and mix it in the vegetables


 



Take 1 teaspoon mayonnaise and mix it as well


 



  Now sprinkle oregano, basil salt and black pepper on the salad


  





Add 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice


 

  


Mix all the above ingredients and cool in in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Your healthy salad is ready



You can remove any vegetable from the list and add any vegetable of your choice to make this salad according to your taste.But as Zucchini is the life of this salad, Do not omit it..It is very tasty and ideal for weight loss.Do try it once.
