Here is one more vegetarian Low carb recipe that you all will love for sure.These are amazingly tasty, crispy and loaded with the goodness of Zucchini.They are my all time favorite.Do try them once.These fritters are easy to make and low in calories as well.
Low carb Zucchini Fritters
INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 2
Zucchini - 1
Cheddar Cheese
Salt
pepper
Oregano
Chili Flakes
Almond Flour - 1/2 Cup
Butter/Oil For Frying
Break two eggs in a bowl
Whisk them
Add Almond Flour
Add Cheddar Cheese
Mix all the ingredients and then add pepper
Add Chili Flakes
Add Oregano
Add Salt
Mix all the Ingredients
Grate the Zucchini without peeling it
Squeeze the excess water from the zucchini otherwise the Zucchini fritters wont come out good.
Add the Squeezed Zucchini to the egg mixture
Mix well
Make small balls and press them a little
Heal oil in a large pan over medium heat and lace the fritters one by one.Slide some oil from the sides.
When done from one side, flip them over and cook from the other sides as well
Zucchini fritters are ready to eat.These are amazingly delicious.
