This is one of my favorite Low carb recipe.starting low carb and that too vegetarian was not easy but I m so happy, I started it and lost a good amount of weight.Penning down this recipe as I have been receiving so many requests for vegetarian low carb recipes.



INGREDIENTS

Zucchini 
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Pizza Seasoning
Cheese
Butter
Tomato (Optional)

Heat 1 - 2 Teaspoon Butter in a Pan
 




Add The Mushrooms and cook on high for 2 -  3 minutes, till they turn slightly golden brown








Now add the Broccoli and Tomatoes .Cook for 1 - 2 minutes and then add the Zucchini









Mix all the vegetables and add Pizza seasoning, Salt and pepper




When done, add cheese and cook for one more minute.
