Keto Vegetable Pasta

 


Zucchini Bake is a wonderful Low Carb High Fat dish which you can eat while following any low carb diet .Its not only easy to prepare, its very delish as well.Eat your favorite and delicious food and see the pounds coming off.

Zucchini Bake is a kind of Low Carb Pasta...A pasta without pasta.It tastes amazing.

Low carb High fat diets are in trend nowadays and most followed diets for weight loss.These diets really give results.You can loose upto 5-7 kgs just in a month if you will follow these diet properly.The best part is that only carbs are not allowed on these low carb diets but you can eat full fat cheese.So you have an option to eat many yummy delicacies for loosing weight and getting that slim figure.

INGREDIENTS 

1 Zucchini cut into small Pieces
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Peppers(Red and yellow) (Optional)
1 Cup Chopped Mushroom
2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
100 Gm White sauce Or mayo
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Broccoli
Oregano
Chili Flakes
Basil
Thyme
Or any other herb you like


Method

Heat oil in a Non stick pan


  


Add Onions And saute them


  






Now add Mushrooms and peppers and cook them on medium flame for 3-4 minutes

  


 




Cook them for 2-3 minutes till they become golden in color.Remove the pan and keep it aside





Cut the Zucchini into small circles and stir fry them in a no stick pan .








  Add the sauteed vegetables to the Zucchini.






 Place the Zucchini mix into a baking tray







Pour over the creamy white sauce.I made this white sauce at home.

Add the Cheddar Cheese to the Zucchini



 


Bake in Oven for 5- 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted






Take it out from the oven and mix it



 

  

Top with capsicums and Broccoli pieces and serve hot
You can call it a veggie pasta without pasta flakes.Increase the quantity of veggies if you are making it for kids.
