keto /Low Carb Flourless Chocolate Biscuits

 



As the Unhealthy eating habits increases,at the time time there is an increase in the number of people looking to lose weight.They keep searching for new and easy methods.I have also tried many weight lose diets but nothing compared to keto or low carb.Because while doing low carb I never had to press my cravings or stay hungry.There are so many options in the Low carb diet that you just tend to make it your lifestyle.It is no longer a diet for you.It becomes your lifestyle which you can follow for ever and stay fit and healthy.  There are a lot of Low carb plan to follow...Atkins, South beach diets, keto and all.Regardless of which plan you choose, the main aim to lower down the intake of carbs and increase fats.Low carb diet offers so many yummy delicacies which you can make easily at home.

 



INGREDIENTS

Coconut oil  -  3 Tablespoon
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder -3 Tablespoon
   Stevia (Sugarfree)  - 1 Teaspoon
Peanut Butter  - 1 Tablespoon
Almonds - 6
Coconut Flakes  - 1 Tablespoon   
  

 


 
Net Carbs in 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter =  2
Net Carbs in 6 Almonds  =  1.5  
Net Carbs in Coconut Oil  =  0
Net Carbs In Stevia  = 0
Net Carbs In Unsweetened Cocoa Powder  = 3
Net Carbs In 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes  = 0.5

Total Net carbs     =     7
And these ingredients made 9 biscuits


So 1 big biscuit will just have 1 net carb which is just like a dream come true.For 1 net carbs you can have two biscuits and you are done.They are quite filling.The size of the biscuit is equal to the size of a cupcake as i have used the cup cake making moulds for making keto chocolate nutty biscuits.


 Take 3 tablespoon coconut oil in a bowl




  
Add Peanut Butter








Ad stevia




Add Cocoa Powder







 Mix all the ingredients well and put in the microwave for 1 minute 






Take the almonds and crush them.Pour the crushed almonds in the Cupcake moulds






Add the coconut flakes

 



 Fill with the chocolate syrup you just made.Do not fill the mould till top.Just fill it 1/4 so that you get the width of a biscuit.



 Keep the tray in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and your keto biscuits are ready to eat.These flour less and gluten free biscuits are not only delicious but also very filling.
