Keto Peanut Butter Fudge Bars



These Peanut butter fudge bars comes in just 1 net carb each and  are a yummy treat for all the sweets lovers.Try them once and you will want to have them everyday.



INGREDIENTS
 

 Peanut Butter - 2 Tablespoon
salted butter - 1 Teaspoon
Sugar free  - 1/2 Teaspoon
Dark Chocolate - 1 Tablespoon
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes  -  1 Tablespoon


These ingredients will make around 6 Peanut butter fudge bars



 



Net Carbs in 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter =  4
Net Carbs in 1 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate  = 1.5   
Net Carbs in 1 Teaspoon salted butter  = 0 
Net Carbs in 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar Free  = 0  
Net carbs in 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Coconut Flakes = 0.5


Total Net Carbs in 6 pieces  = 6
That means you can have this yummy Peanut butter fudge for just 1 net carb.And not to forget these peanut butter fudge bars are quite filling and satisfying.
 

 



How To make Peanut Butter Fudge Bars


Take 1 Tablespoon Salted butter 


 




Melt it in the microwave
 





Add 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter





 



Add 1 Tablespoon Melted Dark Chocolate.I have used Lindtt Low Carb Dark Chocolate





Add 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Coconut Flakes





Mix all the ingredients and fill the mixture in the icecube tray in 5 or 6 cavities





Keep the tray in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.After that take the tray out of the freezer and Invert the chocolate fudges in a plate.
