Low carb coconut flour bread


Low carb High fat diets are the best diets to lose weight and overcome many health problems.They are the most followed diets for weight loss.These diets really give results.You can loose upto 5-7 kgs just in a month if you will follow these diet properly.The best part is that only carbs are not allowed on these low carb diets but you can eat full fat cheese.So you have an option to eat many yummy delicacies for loosing weight and getting that slim figure


 Low carb coconut bread

 



INGREDIENTS

Coconut flour  50  gms
Psyllium Husk  -  1 tablespoon
Salt   - according to taste
Water for Kneading
coconut oil  -  2 Teaspoon
Oil For Frying

 



 



 Take the coconut flour in a bowl. i have first taken coconut flakes and then grinded them in a grinder as i didnt have coconut flour


 
   

 Add  Psyllium Husk


    

Add salt



Add Coconut Oil




Mix together all the ingredients and kneed in a dough with soft hands.Cover with a cloth or a plate and leave it for 10 minutes so that it will set.

      
 



Take 1/3 of the dough and roll it into a ball.then by patting with your hands, give it a square or a circle shape.Keep pressing it with your palms else the corners will start breaking and you wont be able to give a uniform shape.





Heat a non stick pan and cook the coconut flour bread from both sides with ghee or butter.
 



Coconut bread/chapati are ready to serve and eat.Eat them with any low carb gravy or dip of your choice.
