INGREDIENTS


Peanut Butter  -  2 Tablespoon
Coconut Oil  - 1 Tablespoon
Coconut Flakes  - 2 Teaspoon
Sugar Free  - 1 Teaspoon

 


Peanut Butter  -  4 Net Carbs
Coconut Oil  - 0 Net carbs
Coconut Flakes  - 1 net carbs
Sugar Free  - 0 Net Carbs


Total net carbs for around 8 pieces of peanut butter fudge =5 
So 1 piece will have roughly less than 1 net carb



How To Make Peanut Butter Fudges

 
 Take 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter in a bowl






Add 2 Teaspoon coconut flakes




Add 1 teaspoon any sugar free




Add 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil




Mix all the ingredients together and pat with a spoon to give it a shape of square or rectangle.Then keep it in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.




Then take out from the freezer and cut it in small squares.Peanut butter fudge squares are ready to eat.You can serve them in an airtight container in the freezer.
