Low Carb Peanut butter And Walnut Chocolates

INGREDIENTS


 Peanut Butter - 1 Tablespoon
salted butter - 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar free  - 1/4 Teaspoon
Dark Chocolate -1 Tablespoon
Walnuts - 1



Net Carbs in 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter =  2
Net Carbs in 1 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate  = 1.5   
Net Carbs in 1/2  Teaspoon salted butter  = 0 
Net Carbs in 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar Free  = 0  
Net Carbs in 2 Walnuts  =1

Total net carbs in 4 chocolates  = 4.5
So 1 chocolate comes for 1 net cab.Enjoy treats without worrying about the carbs.
 

How To Make Low Carb Peanut And Walnut Filled Chocolates






 Take 1 tablespoon Peanut butter in a bowl







Add half Teaspoon Stevia/Any sugar free





Add 1/2 Teaspoon Salted Butter.Whisk them together for 2-3 minutes.






Melt 10 Gms Lindtt or any Dark chocolate of your choice in a microwave safe bowl in a microwave.





 
Take silicon moulds.If you do not have moulds , you can use Ice Tray as well.Fill them with 1/2 teaspoon chocolate and pat them gently on your hands so that the chocolate will spread evenly.Keep in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.






Take the walnuts and crush them in small pieces





Take out the  moulds from the refrigerator and fill them with crushed walnuts and Peanut butter.Now top them with the remaining chocolate and again pat them so that the chocolate will spread evenly.Freeze them for 10 minutes.





Keto Chocolates are ready.The filling is so yummy that even my kids loved them.They are melt in the mouth kinds.
